Are your design consultations free?

We offer no obligation. free of charge design consultations for kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. However, we do charge £150 for plans. This will be deducted from your order if you wish to purchase from us.

What is the process and how do we start?

Contact us to arrange a showroom visit/ home visit where we will take accurate measurements and carry out a design consultation. Shortly after, our designers will work hard to produce an initial design specifically tailored to your needs. Following on with a full quotation.

Where are you based and what are your opening times?

We are based in Stone, Staffordshire ST15. Our opening hours are 10am- 4:30pm, on Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday.

Do you offer finance?

Baystone Interiors Ltd is an introducer appointed representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd T/A Ideal4Finace. Ideal Sales Solutions is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and term.

Do you use your own fitters?

All of our fitters are either in house or trusted by us and have carried put work in the past for ourselves.

How much are your kitchens?

At Baystone Interiors, we cater for all kitchen project budgets, whether that be entry-level to mid-range or high-end and bespoke. As an independent retailer, we are in a strong position where we can offer competitive pricing.

Do you offer full project management?

We offer the option of a turnkey project whether it be a renovation or extension. We have access to a team of excellent quality trades and are able to manage your project to the highest standards.

Do you offer supply only?

Yes, we offer just supply only, full installation, all the way to full project management.

​

Do you do door replacements?

We do offer kitchen makeovers- just replacing doors and accessories.

​

What are your delivery timescales?

Kitchens~ 

Stocked items approx 4 weeks.

Made to measure/ specials approx 6 weeks.

Bedrooms~ 

Approx 4 weeks.

Bathrooms~

Supply only 1-2 days.

Fully fitted approx 6 weeks.
